At MISSY MADISON®, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to order with complete confidence. If something isn't right, we'll handle it fairly and transparently.
30-Day Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, based on the carrier's tracking confirmation.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund:
- Refunds apply to the product price only
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items must be unopened and unused
- Digital products or downloadable materials are non-refundable
U.S. Orders Only
We currently ship within the United States only.
For U.S. customers:
- Unopened items may be returned
- We require either of the following:
- A clear photo of the unopened product
- A valid return tracking number
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Partial refunds are available if multiple items were ordered and only some remain unopened
If your order included only one item, contact our support team — we'll review your case individually and work toward a fair solution.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order:
- Is lost in transit
- Arrives damaged
- Contains the wrong item
Contact us immediately at support@missymadison.com with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
Final Sale Conditions
Once an order is delivered and accepted, it is considered final sale unless it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Supporting photos or tracking details (if applicable)
