The Secret To Successfully Using The Law Of Attraction

If you’ve been using the Law of Attraction but haven’t been receiving the results that you’ve been after, it’s probably because you haven’t been changing your vibration.

“Increasing your vibration is the secret to your Law of Attraction success”.

You’ve most likely been taught that your words and thoughts create your reality, and that if you think positively and have consistent good thoughts then you can manifest your desires. Truth is your words and thoughts are only part of the process, and only matter to some extent, as they create the story that gives you an emotional feeling.

To put it simply, everything in the universe is vibrating at its own frequency – even you and me. The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like, which means that whatever frequency you are vibrating at you will attract people and things vibrating at that same level.

So if you are vibrating at the same frequency as debt, then you will attract debt. Or, if you are vibrating as the same frequency as love, then you will attract love.

It’s important to understand that there isn’t anybody else responsible for your experience but you. You must accept that you are the vibrational centre of your world. Everything that comes to you, and everything that you experience, is a result of your vibrational frequency. The universe is always responding to you, that’s how the Law of Attraction opeartes.

So how can you gain control over your vibrational frequency? By paying attention to how you feel. This means listening to your inner guidance and caring about how you feel.

The good news is that you can change your vibration in an instant (it does take practice, but it can be done!). Here are some tips to help you get into a higher vibrational frequency:

Gratitude

Think of 3 things that you’re grateful for, it could be anything from thinking of someone you love, to the cup of coffee you are drinking. Even if you cannot think of anything, you can be grateful that you woke up this morning, or that you’re breathing fresh air.

Listen to music

Play your favourite song, and if you can, sing out loud, or dance around like no one is watching – its therapeutic! Or if you are working then consider listening to binaural beats, or some harmonious music.

Be spontaneous

Doing something different can shift your vibration and it doesn’t have to be a trip to Paris! Start small and smile at a stranger, give a compliment, try a new cafe, walk or drive home in a different direction than you’re used to. Embrace your impulses and go for it!

Meditate

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance. It doesn’t take long to feel zen, stop for 1 minute and take 3 deep breaths, imagining yourself slowing down and relaxing. If you have longer, take 5 or 10 minutes away from others and do a guided meditation – I use the Mindfulness App.

Get out into nature

Mother Earth offers us grounding opportunities everywhere we look. So get out there, and stand in the sunlight for just a few minutes or lie on the grass and recharge with the energy from the earth.  Go for a walk around the block and pay attention to the flowers and trees as you walk. Embrace the weather conditions and walk in the rain or feel the chill of the fresh air.

Play with an animal

Playing with a dog or cat can instantly lift your mood, and if you don’t have one then find one! Dogs and cats are everywhere, if you see one on the street stop and pat them – they love it and often the owners love it too. If you’re lucky enough to own a pet spend some quality time with them. Cats and dogs are proven to decrease depression, stress and anxiety.

Connect with crystals

Crystals carry their own energy and vibration, which you can use to bring specific energies into your space.  Follow your intuition on what crystals are offering what benefits. To access their energy, hold your crystal, take some deep breaths, and feel the energy vibrating  into your body. Enjoy crystals on your desk, in your living space, bedroom, pocket or handbag to create calm and peaceful vibes.

Once you can get in the habit of caring about how you feel, and getting into vibrational alignment with your inner wellbeing, then you can start to do some serious manifesting.
